In memory of Captain Robbie Bishop, who was killed in the line of duty on January 20, 1999. Bishop was a well known Interdiction officer who trained other officers primarily in the South East. To this day his drug seizures are considered legendary, and his interdiction methods are still taught to this day amongst law enforcement officers.
